There are distinct differences in the efforts taken by the companies in addressing the issues of CSR. In the case of developing countries, there is rapidly expanding economies. However, there are certain poverty issues that impede the process. The flow of capital is found to be limited in these cases. In the case of SBI bank, they cannot operate unilaterally. The funding for certain events for the restoration are found to be lesser in this case. The people need to find ways to be innovative and resourceful with the assets that have been garnered. The people in the developed regions are looking for CSR those aides towards the economic growth. They do not focus on services such as alleviation of poverty. The levels of poverty are very less when compared to the developing nation. Australia being a developed nation focuses on other aspects of business. They do not have to spend capital to bring back the people to their quality of life. In this case, the approaches that need to be taken are different as the agenda and objectives in each case are found to be different. This does not mean that Australia does not need CSR. Nevertheless, it is found to have its own distinctive set of CSR challenges. These are found to be collectively quite to those faced in the developing world.
