The roundtable meeting had been based on the change of DIRECTOR’S ORDER #21: PHILANTHROPIC PARTNERSHIPS. According to this, NPS (National Park Service) understands the need for the private philanthropy as a notable traditional and an important tradition to be used as a success of the National Park System. The directors’ order has been prepared for the delegation of authority related to the philanthropic partnership which can include donations, sponsorships and fundraisers (Abramson et al., 2012). Other important tasks related to the same include the NPS related requirements and standard which can be used for the authorized philanthropic partners. The companies which sponsor the events for NPS are required to be allowed in some kind of in-park recognition system. Through the same, the pilot site has been selected. The decision has been made, but NPS needs to get the feedback from the selection of stakeholders. Advertisements were used for the exchange of the funds.

One of the most effective ways to generate funds is through the advertisements. There is a need for an effective planning so as to do advertisements in the National Parks.
