The role of International Managers is very important for organizations who are either looking to expand their business beyond their national boundaries or have been currently operating overseas. International managers are entitled to the opportunity to initiate the foreign business of the company such as in the form of international sales manager, global manufacturing officer and global cultural manager etc. Similarly, to succeed in the global market, it is the responsibility of the international manager to keep an in-depth knowledge of the political, cultural and operational issues that usually arise in the foreign countries. An international manager to be successful should also have to possess knowledge about foreign currency, global market and global finance etc. According to Javidan and Bowen (2013), it was observed that both the researchers have focused on highlighting how business managers around the world have focused on evolving their mind from domestic to global level so as to effectively conduct global business in their firm. In this journal article, it has been seen that how managers are looking to change the mindset of their employees to a global level to smoothen the process of foreign business in the organization (Javidan and Bowen, 2013). Moreover, the researchers in this article have stressed on highlighting how business organizations around the world have been aiming to globalize the mindset of their respective managers with the purpose to overcome various international business challenges such as cultural diversity and global leadership etc.
