Perception plays an integral role in the communication. The individuals’ entities or organizations select, organize and interpret content of the information in order to understand the meaning around the world. The components of perception include perceiver, target perception and situation where the content is developed. The factors that influenced these perceptions are the schematic arrangement of the information. This is based on the past events and the knowledge about the event (Tench and Yeoman, 2013). The innate motivational state of the audiences encompasses the requirements and the value system of the people. The mood of the people plays an important role in the perception of the information. While framing the perception there should be clarity and avoidance of obscurity of the messages. Ambiguous messages will be perceived or viewed differently or the message can be distorted (Tench and Yeoman, 2013). The social status of the person also plays an important role in the perception. Important aspect of perception management is impression management. The targets are likely to have impression management tactics that enable the recipe to have a certain degree of controlling. Impression management tactics include the behavioural matching and the self promotion (Tench and Yeoman, 2013). There is conformity to the normative stand that is observed. These are the important tenets that are involved in the creation of a persona.
