The research thesis will focus on developing best practices from considering of these three factors. From this case study analysis of South Korean electronics companies an overall framework to derive best practices approach can be formed. Using this theory as a focal point companies can use it to develop best practices that are based on their subjective requirements.
The research methodology and the possible outcomes of the research are derived below. This is based on the summary of the literature review and analysis of the case studies.
Primary qualitative method is used to probe into the reasons for certain events. It investigates in detail about an issue and also helps in developing more variables that needs to be considered when formulating a research strategy. South Korean employees are found to be generally docile and subservient to their individual bosses. There is a strong growth potential in South Korea. More investors are expected to invest in the company. Hence to sustain in the future the companies should have in depth understanding of competitive environments that fosters business relations. South Korea is one such place that allows businesses to grow and develop. There is a strong economic potential in this country.
