The small village in Fiji community has several challenges as reported in this paper. Although there are stakeholders who are immensely interested to bring a change, the inhabitants have not engaged which is the reason for the stakeholders to respond slowly. This evaluation has presented the objectives and suitable tools that can accelerate their response levels. Further, the evaluation brief has also proposed a methodology where the population actively engages to share their comments and become accessible to the stakeholders. The theory of change is ideal to achieve the 3 objectives – construction of latrines, environmental education and community engagement. The proposed steps to achieve objectives can transform the community into a safe and sustainable place for the population to live happily and safely. The problem is with the environmental hygiene and this can be addressed with the tools, policies and procedures listed above and by the stakeholders. The evaluation will happen frequently following the points of survey research. This fosters quality deployment of the strategies.
