The students who are in the school were not prepared and to work productively in the classroom. Student alienation was observed. A need for creation of authentic is learning communities. A change in the power dynamics is in this classroom when compared to the other teachers. These demands needed to b class into attention the emerging metaphors that the teacher needs to teach (Blomberg et al., 2014). They need to be a social mediator and also a reflective practitioner.
This aspect develops only with practice and they needed to be instilled in this classroom for increase in the performance of the students. The teachers also have their own biases, and presuppositions that cause them to make mistakes when they interpret the experiences. The people need to comprehend about the importance of the different experiences if they want to address the potential for the disruption. This has been observed to be culturally and personally `sculpted’ (Blomberg et al., 2014). These are some of the personal experience that is needed for improvement. The incorporation of the checks is that are provided by the multiple lenses that are used by the students and the colleagues. These critical reflections are involving the deep exploration that exposes the unexamined beliefs and the expectation. Reflective teachers need to challenge assumptions and question and to continuously access the practices and alter the perspectives of the people.
