As agricultural minister in the article suggested, for enhancing productivity of agricultural sector, more investment is required to be made on technology equipments. Government also supported this act by providing subsidiaries on robots used for milking the cow. In this case, key concept is to use technological development (André, 2013). Using of robots for milking the cows is not particular to Kalm Kakuyama as there are 100 more milking robots used in the same region. Therefore, this technology is in regime stage or phase i.e. it can be used by particular section of society (business organisations in milking cow process) and not by whole society (Bustamante et al., 2014). In the present case of Kalm Kakuyama, technology regime has been used as there is technology that can be used by particular section of society or particular organisations. Problem of milking cow is one of the concern factors for this industry but technological regime has made it easier for the players. Lack of young people in the area where Kalm Kakuyama operates its business has less young population. Therefore it is necessary to develop new equipment that can be used. Therefore new equipment has been developed for milking cows. This technology regime has impacted major population and most importantly to business organisation operating in the same industry.
