The increasing trend of globalization in today’s diversified economy demands coordination among employees from different culture, eliminating cultural difference issues. As discussed in the report above, an organization operating at the international level requires an effective intercultural communication. This is a challenge for an organization as the company has to face various issues that restrict an effective communication. In order to eliminate these issues and become globally successful organizations can use various models and theories of cultural management as a tool. For instance the Hofstede’s cultural dimension enables an organization to identify the reasons for cultural conflict. Once these reasons are identified the organization can take corrective measure accordingly. When people from different cultures assemble to work together they need to interact with each other which requires correct interpretation of the information shared. To develop a successful intercultural communication system, organizations should provide training to its culturally diversified workforce. In the presence of different language speakers at the same place, the organization should provide common language training to the employees from different country. Avoidance of this factor by businesses leads to conflicts in communication.
