It is very important to manage the culture divide in the people and the players so that each and every process can be implemented in the proper manner. The cultural divides among the employees have the three different dimensions. The very first one states that each and every conflict includes the clash of the cultural values. The other two dimensions include the content and relational. The first dimensions leads to the foundation of the conflicts within the organization.Cultural conflict can be there because of the signs such as it has some complicated dimensions. The cultural dimensions among the different stakeholders in NBA can be related to complex combinations of expectations about one’s or other’s behavior. It is important for PMO to address each and every cultural divide in a completely swift manner (Schneider & Barsoux, 2003). There should be such an atmosphere where there isn’t any kind of cultural divide among the people in the organizations. The content and relational issues should be properly addressed. In the game of basketball, emotions also have an important role. Many times the people and the players enter into the culture divide because of the strong emotions which arrive out of the game. The PMO needs to ensure that these culture divides should not be created.
