I would be able to enter into the field of pharmacy research by earning a PhD which would help me to find cure of different illnesses or it would also render me a medium to find several ways to maintain a healthy quality of life. It is due to my own condition that I am very much dedicated to find cures of the diseases for which there are currently no available medicines. One of my goals is to be a part of discovering medications of many chronic diseases like cancer. In addition, I plan to work in my own pharmacy after building up a relevant amount of exposure in this filed. Also, I would like to use my pharmacy as a starting point to serve the needs of the third world nations by setting up a non-government organization which might me supported by international bodies like United Nations (in the form of a medical mission work). Pursuing a degree in PhD from a prestigious institute like yours would render me with an opportunity to study and be a part of the world famous departments. I would have an opportunity to clear my doubts and have a healthy discussions with my professors in person who themselves have written influential research paper in Pharmacy and have detailed knowledge of these subjects. Another driving force in me choosing this course is the prospect of interacting and studying along-with extremely talented people from diverse backgrounds. Moreover, it would also allow me to stay updated with the recent discoveries in the same field which intrigues me a lot. I wish to continue learning these subjects once I have my foundation in place and acquire a much deeper knowledge by further pursuing my studies in these subjects.
