At the beginning, I could not relax myself during the meeting, because it was for the first time that I had met the teams from another company and did business with them. On account of the sense of humour of the supplier team, the atmosphere was lightened gradually. Besides, for most of the time, we kept contact via emails to inform each other about the new updates. I copied these emails to the rest members of our team. Consequently, our cooperation went quite well.
