The simulation consists of two opportunities to complete the task under different environment. In the first attempt the team performed the task virtually wherein all the members were interacting through Facebook, without any face to face interaction. In the second attempt the task has to be performed. It was difficult to develop consensus on the location and then finding it. Therefore, we first met outside the bookshop to finalize the location.

In the first simulation, in which the interaction of the team was through Facebook, 43% of the team goals were achieved, while in the second simulation, 65% of the team goals were achieved. Both the simulations that have been performed highlight certain aspects related to leadership and team work and provided insight into importance of effective problem solving and efficient decision making to achieve the goals that have been set. Although higher percentage of goals was achieved, in the second simulation different issues were there that had to be resolved.
