I would personally say that the virtual tour was a better experience for me than visiting the museums physically. I have multiple reasons in order to justify why I feel so. Firstly, visiting all the big museums across the world needs a lot of money and time and most often, students and common people like me might not afford the same. Secondly, while visiting museums, one has to ensure that they visit the respective place as per the timing mentioned as follow the rules and regulations as laid down. Virtual tour can be done as per our will and whenever we would like to visit. Thirdly, most visits to the museum require an entry fees and since a lot of tourists turn up to visit, it could be a difficult process and require time in case you would like to visit it more than once. However, virtual tours can be taken as many times as required without much of hassles.

With this technology, even physically challenged people and old aged people who are currently lodged within their houses can enjoy the museums and praise the various types and categories of art work they would like to see and explore. Since it is free of cost, common people and students can visit these museums and art galleries as many times as they want without really worrying about the pocket pinch. Not much planning is required as far as virtual visits are concerned unlike other physical visits to museums where you need to maintain the decorum of the corresponding country and the rules and regulations laid down specifically by the museum authorities. As the image qualities are very high, zooming in to see something in particular is now possible and all those little details like engravings and clicking photographs are possible which is otherwise restricted in physical visits. However, as technology comes with challenges, it makes people lazy and in case there is any technological glitch, the whole event will be a complete failure.
