跨文化交际的概念是非常重要的，尤其是当两个来自不同背景的人进行交流时。在这种性质的交流中，关键问题在语言和文化中各不相同。这不能使个体按照他们的期望被包括在理解彼此中(Stott & Avery, 2001)。对传播者来说，理解建筑文化是至关重要的，它为传播的传递提供了线索，从而发展更高层次的理解。因此，对交际者来说，不断深入地了解不同的文化已经迫在眉睫。这是为了确保对话意图一致，并适当理解彼此的期望。因此，一个人在传达信息的同时，另一个人在解读信息，掌握另一个人的沟通和文化理论是至关重要的。
This assignment is a final assessment to assess the way in which writing has been presented and formulated. There is one paragraph selected from an already done work on cross cultural issues within communication. This paragraph has been revised in an analysis based form. The analysis has helped in furnishing out the paragraph in those areas where the original previous assignment was lacking (Miller-Cochran et al., 2016). The previous paragraph also consisted of various perspectives such as indefinite writing style, less in-depth comprehension and more grammatical errors. These have been rectified in the best possible manner. While writing, a writer needs to ensure that they have the ability to reach the readers and explain to them their implication and writing based significance (Bazerman & Prior, 2003). Furthermore, the scope of this paper lies in ensuring that an added context or a paragraph is provided to the paragraph revised. A reflection at the end further adds value to the content of this final assessment. The reflection addresses the style and method application when revising and writing to demonstrate rhetorical situation attention based learning and concepts from course that is used. Individual perspective as a writer has been offered from context of culture and past experiences.

The concept of cross-cultural communication is essential particularly wherein two individuals from different background communicates. The critical issues within the communication of such nature are varied within the language and culture. This does not enable the individuals to be included in comprehending each other as expected by them (Stott & Avery, 2001). It is essential for the communicators in understanding of building culture, the manner in which it offers hints for transferring of the communication to develop higher understanding. Therefore, it becomes imminent for the communicator to continually understand the various cultures in depth. This is to ensure that the dialogue intent aligns and expectations of each other is understood appropriately. Hence, an individual conveys while another interprets the message, it is essential that an individual masters the communication and cultural theories of another individual.
