I think I should be a member of the program because I can not only get fully well-educated and self-improved knowledge, but also bring new ideas and perspectives to the program based on the combination of two different cultures. I have been a teacher in China and also America for both adults and children. Das, one of my students in C2 education, was sent here to improve her math. She got almost all A in the subject except math which only got a C. She has her own words and act means. “Jim”, one of my students in China, is a really quiet and clean boy, who never asks questions even I give the order to do that. He finished homework carefully and perfectly every time. If there are some problems with the homework, he would take half or one hour to solve them but not ask for help. There are many different students like Das and Jim who are unique and gorgeous. I like the discipline and silent of Asians while I appreciate the creative thoughts and talkative personality of Americans. There is no disputing about tastes, so different students should be taught in different ways. Looking for a right method for a student will be much more efficient than just pushing books and knowledge into their minds. After the problem, I believe that I can deal with these problems better.
