In general, there are a number of different occasions and ways in which people tend to communicate and interact online. With time, this interaction and communication has increased across the globe, and has increased in my own case as well. I am considerably social, and prefer to involve in online communication and interaction for immediate cases. Mostly, I interact and communicate with my tutors through online portals provided by my university.
I consider this extremely helpful because I am able to communicate with my tutors more freely, and obtain a better personalized response. I further am actively involved in social networking. I have an account on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. I mostly access these accounts for a number of purposes. By LinkedIn, I am able to establish a strong professional background in my respective field. Twitter and Facebook more or less act as stress busters for me, as I am able to stay updated with the lives of my friends.
I am able to connect with my friends very easily by texting them, liking or commenting on their posts and photos, and referring to several comedy posts. At the end of the day, I think that interacting and communicating with my friends using social network websites is helpful to maintain my social life. Based on my current behaviour, I do not think I am hyper- social as I socialize with balance. I am not always connected to websites of social networking, and only during the submission of any assignment, I tend to communicate a lot with my tutors, team members, and fellow students.
More often, I am not categorized and devoted only by my friendly relations or companionship. I do have a wide social club, but these aspects do not define the values and preferences of my life. In addition, I never end up ignoring my personal and educational life, showing more importance to my social life. My social life is just a part of it.
